Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Expect your order 2 to 5 business days after you place it. The moment your items reach us, we check them, pack them by hand and hand them to Aramex the same day. You will get an Aramex tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Shipping is free on South African orders over R750.
What if it is not right for me?
If it is unused and still sealed, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery and we arrange the Aramex collection; email hello@satie.co.za with your order number.
Once a product has been opened we cannot accept it back, for hygiene reasons. If you would rather swap than refund, tell us which product you want instead and we will ship it as soon as the return is scanned.
How do I pick the right one?
Every product comes in a single finish, so there is no shade to choose between. Pick by what you want it to do: the Cutie Paw stamp places blush, the Real Flow pen fills and sets brows, Glowchi adds glow, and the Lip Dazzler kit is a full glitter lip in one box.
Not sure which suits you? Send us a daylight photo and we will tell you which way to go.
How should I store everything?
Keep powders dry and closed, cap the brow pen firmly so the tip does not dry out, and keep the glitter kit away from direct heat. Everything is best used within twelve months of opening.
